| Emergency
First Response Instructor
Because several PADI courses require students
to have CPR and First Aid training, becoming
an EFR Instructor allows you to offer all-inclusive
programs. Students will not have to look
elsewhere for the training they need. Also,
since EFR is not diving specific, you can
offer this training to all your customers,
friends and family. As of March 2009 PADI requires that all new Instructors must also be EFR Instructors
The Emergency First Response Instructor
Course is a relaxed two-half days program conducted before
the IE. We emphasize a positive, relaxed class
environment, where we show you how to help
your students have a good time, ensuring
easy learning. Primary and secondary care, as well as care for children courses are covered. As an EFR & EFR for Children Instructor
you will be much more employable. Starting March 2009, PADI requires all IE candidates to have EFRI training completed prior to entering the IE.
PADI Oxygen Provider Instructor Course is an easy half day and will allow you teach the latest PADI program. Done after the EFRI program, before the IE.

| PADI Specialty
Instructor
Earning PADI specialty Instructor
ratings allow you to teach a wide array
of exciting courses in special interest
areas. Besides giving you the chance to
do your favorite type of diving, specialty
diver courses allow you to share your interest
and expertise with others. Many PADI Specialty
courses are supported with videos and books
that make them easier to teach and sell.
Taking Specialty Instructor Training Courses
with us provides you with practical experience
for conducting these courses. The emphasize
is on fun and in-water application. Each
course takes a day, and we schedule them
after the IE.

| IDC Staff
Instructor
Similar to the partnership between
AI's and Instructors, IDC Staff Instructors
work with Course Directors as important
team members in the instructor training
process. As a Staff Instructor you may assist
instructor development programs and instructor-level
continuing education programs. You can also
teach the PADI Assistant Instructor Course--a
responsibility only you and a PADI Course
Director share.
Our IDC Staff Course gives you
time with the Course Director
prior to an IDC, then you'll take part in
a complete IDC program. Even if you don't
have the goal of becoming a Course Director,
the Staff Course will give you a real "vitamin
injection" in your existing teaching
techniques.
